We are looking for a competitive insurance/financial agent to generate new business by contacting potential customers. You will sell, solicit, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective clients. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase our firms reputation. We are seeking self-motivated individuals to join our expanding agency as independent contractors.

Type: Independent Financial Professional
Location: Fully Remote
Commitment: Initial 10-20 hours per week for training; You manage your schedule and time.
*Key Responsibilities**
Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and concerns
Conduct informational meetings and assess client requirements
Present tailored financial solutions and strategies
Provide ongoing support and service to clients
Develop and execute personal business and marketing plans
Continuously enhance professional skills and financial knowledge
Pursue marketing and expansion initiatives
Deliver exceptional customer service and educational support
Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, warm referrals etc.
*Qualifications**
Legal U.S. Resident or U.S Citizen
Ability to pass a federal background check
High integrity and accountability, essential in this regulated field
Open to learning and mastering financial principles
Self-motivated and disciplined with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and time-management skills
Strong sales, analytical, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication abilities
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Previous experience in military, teaching, sports or coaching is a plus
Eagerness to acquire a financial industry license
*Skills**
Proficiency with Zoom, office software (spreadsheets, documents), Google Calendar, and Google Drive
Experience in person-to-person interactions
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Capable of leading and managing sales initiatives
