Job Summary We’re looking for an Incident Response Software Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to help diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across our platform. This role is a software engineering position , not DevOps, IT support, or infrastructure automation. You’ll work directly in live systems to investigate problems, analyze logs and traces, identify root causes, and partner with application engineers to implement lasting fixes. If you love debugging, problem-solving, and improving how systems behave under real-world conditions, this role offers high impact and strong growth potential.
