About the Role
HomeTechCompare is looking for motivated, customer-focused Inbound Sales Representatives to join our growing virtual team. In this role, you'll assist inbound leads with selecting the best home technology services—including internet, TV streaming, and smart home security solutions. You’ll guide them through options, answer questions, and help them place their order with trusted providers like DIRECTV, ADT, T-Mobile, and more.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound calls and website leads from customers seeking internet or home service solutions
Learn and explain provider packages (training provided)
Assist customers with placing orders through our portal or via direct vendor microsites
Recommend bundled solutions for savings and upgrades
Track leads and sales using our CRM system
Deliver a great customer experience every time
Requirements
Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
Clear communication and active listening skills
Ability to work independently from a quiet home workspace
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using websites, CRMs, and online tools
Positive attitude and a desire to help people find the right solution
Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, and headset
