Inbound Sales Representative

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Inbound Sales Representative to assist with customer inquiries and order management for our range of products, including VFDs, Pump Stations, Filters, and Cla-Valves. This role involves creating customized proposals, sending them to customers, and ensuring timely follow-ups to drive satisfaction and sales.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to collect detailed information and fully understand their needs and requirements.Work with the pricing team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for products and services.Develop comprehensive, tailored proposals that align with customer needs and specifications.Deliver proposals to customers promptly and follow up as required to answer questions and close sales.Accurately record all customer interactions, proposals, and follow-ups within the CRM system to maintain organized and up-to-date records.Partner with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and proposal preparation.Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.Familiarity with VFDs, Pump Stations, Filters, and Cla-Valves is a plus.Experience with CRM systems and creating proposals is highly desirable.Previous customer service experience preferred.BenefitsHireframe provides nearshore and offshore staffing solutions, operating as a remote-first organization with team members located in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines.
