Reporting Relationships:Reports to the Sales Development ManagerDirect Reports:NoneIn this role you can expect toKey AccountabilitiesServe as the first point of contact for inbound SME leads across assigned regions.Engage inbound inquiries via phone and email to assess interest, urgency, and fit, and coordinate meetings with the appropriate LHH sales partnersMaintain knowledge of market conditions & competitive activities and use these to identify opportunities in the marketMaintain accurate and timely records of lead activity, qualification notes, and opportunity details in SalesforceWork closely with Sales and Marketing team members to share information, provide feedback, and achieve overall sales targets All About You1+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Inbound Sales, or Pipeline Generation role in technology sales industry or SaaSDemonstrated track record operating in a high-volume, fast-paced inbound environmentUnderstanding of B2B data sources and tools (e.g., Sales Force, Outreach, Sales Navigator etc.)Goal-oriented, has ownership, curiosityExcellent interpersonal and time management skillsWhat we offerGrowth opportunities within a human resources global leaderWe prioritize learning to stay agile in an increasingly competitive business environment.We foster an open-minded environment where people spark new ideas and explore alternatives.Compensation: $37,500 - $60,000 base per year plus incentive compensation.Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.Benefits: Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis per year, Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
