Inbound Sales Development Representative

Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration, and they are seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to help build a user-driven marketing and sales engine. This role involves engaging with existing users and new contacts to convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities while contributing to the sales team's success through various outreach strategies.ResponsibilitiesConsistently meet and exceed established weekly and monthly performance metrics, with a primary focus on converting high-potential inbound leads into sales-qualified opportunities, generating a robust pipeline for Asana's Revenue organizationImplement a multi-faceted prospecting strategy, leveraging outbound calls, tailored emails, and strategic social media engagement, while adhering to critical KPIs including talk time, lead response time, meeting scheduling, opportunity qualification, and pipeline generationConduct pre-discovery qualification calls and manage the AE handoff process within prescribed SLAsActively contribute to team huddles, fostering an environment of shared success, best practices, and collaborative problem-solvingDeliver an exemplary customer experience for Asana's prospective clients, setting the foundation for long-term partnershipsConduct qualification meetings with new prospectsMaintain meticulous records in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely updates of daily activities and prospect information to support data-driven decision-makingSkills1+ year experience in inbound or outbound sales development with an interest in growing into a career in Software Sales (SaaS) or other business functionsPassion for a career in technology and an ability to speak knowledgeably about the industryExcellent writing skills with attention to grammar and toneClear communication, a deep sense of empathy, and a commitment to integrityAnalytical acumen, capable of discerning patterns and extracting actionable insights from dataProactive self-starter with a talent for identifying process inefficiencies and implementing optimizations to maximize outcomesA commitment to learning, being adaptable, and having a great attitudeHighly receptive to coaching, demonstrating openness to feedback and a commitment to personal and professional growthDemonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-makingBenefitsMental health, wellness & fitness benefitsCareer coaching & supportInclusive family building benefitsLong-term savings or retirement plansIn-office culinary options to cater to your dietary preferencesCompany OverviewAsana is a software company that specializes in the fields of work management, productivity, team goals, and project execution.
