Inbound Sales Agent (Appointments | Remote | US Hours)
We are hiring a confident Inbound Sales Agent in South Africa to support a growing US-based healthcare team.
This role focuses on speaking to warm, inbound callers and guiding them toward booking appointments with licensed medical cannabis providers.
It is best suited to someone with call center or inbound sales experience who is comfortable handling live calls, building rapport quickly, and working toward clear booking targets.

What You’ll Be Doing
Handle inbound calls from prospective patients
Build rapport quickly and create a professional first impression
Understand caller's needs and answer questions clearly
Explain the appointment and certification process
Guide patients toward booking an appointment
Work toward daily and weekly booking targets
Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in the CRM
About the Environment
You will be supporting patients seeking access to medical cannabis treatment through licensed healthcare providers.
No prior experience in this space is required. Training is provided.
You should be comfortable working in a healthcare-related environment and discussing sensitive topics professionally.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
2–3 years of experience in:
Call center OR
Inbound sales OR
Appointment setting
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
Strong spoken English and clear communication
Confident on the phone and able to guide conversations
Reliable, consistent, and structured in your work
Able to work US hours long-term
