Inbound Lead Manager — Real Estate Investment

We work directly with motivated sellers, move fast, and close on our own terms. We're growing and need someone to own the front end of our pipeline so no opportunity slips through the cracks.
About the role
You'll be the first real human voice a seller hears. Your job is to qualify inbound leads quickly and thoroughly — uncovering true seller motivation, understanding their situation, and identifying whether we can help. You'll manage all activity in REsimpli (our CRM), stay on top of follow-ups, and make sure our pipeline stays clean, accurate, and moving.
This is a high-volume call position. If you're not energized by spending the bulk of your day on the phone, this role isn't for you. If you thrive on conversations, love checking boxes, and want to be the engine that keeps a lean real estate team running — read on.
What you'll own
• Handle all inbound seller leads from multiple marketing channels and conduct initial qualification calls
• Execute 80–125 calls per day across new leads, follow-ups, and pipeline touchpoints
• Become an expert in REsimpli — maintain up-to-date records, tags, statuses, and follow-up sequences for every contact
• Identify and probe for true seller motivation — timeline, condition, financial situation, competing offers
• Pre-screen prospects and pass qualified, deal-ready leads to the acquisitions team with thorough notes
• Own the top-of-funnel follow-up cadence — no lead goes cold without intentional disposition
• Track and report daily call volume, lead status, and conversion rates
What we're looking for
• Proven experience in a high-volume phone-based role (sales, lead qualification, call center, or similar)
• Strong active listening skills — you can find the real pain point underneath what someone says
• Coachable and process-driven — you follow a script and system, then improve it over time
• Experience with a CRM (REsimpli, Podio, Follow Up Boss, or similar) — or the hunger to become an expert fast
• Highly organized with a track record of owning follow-up without being told
• Real estate experience is a plus but not required — we'll teach you what you need to know
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where you'll build and refine systems alongside us
Compensation & logistics
• Competitive base pay commensurate with experience
• Significant Performance bonuses tied to qualified lead output and conversion milestones
• Remote-friendly with standard business hours (Monday–Friday), optional weekends as well
