What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
Input patient data into the e-Intake system and ensure thorough verification for products and services
Manage high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake and provide basic technical customer service assistance
Educate patients and location employees on CPAP supplies and equipment maintenance
Process related patient paperwork and ensure timely fulfillment of product orders
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED equivalent
One to three years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment
Strong customer service background
Basic computer and internet skills
Valid driver's license in the state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
Knowledge of medical terminology
