Inbound Customer Service Representative (WFH)

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
Collect and input patient data into the e-Intake system
Verify products and services, ensuring compliance with regulations
Manage high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake and assist with CPAP resupply
Provide basic technical assistance and education on CPAP equipment to patients
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED equivalent
One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
Strong customer service background
Basic computer and internet skills
Valid driver's license in the state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies
Medical terminology knowledge
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions across different communication mediums
