Inbound Customer Service Representative - Call Center (Remote - Tulsa, OK)
The Opportunity
ā¢ *Must live in/near Tulsa, OK. Training is on-site in Tulsa for at least three weeks, then remote work from home (WFH) is an option after meeting attendance and performance goals.**
Inbound call center Customer Support. If you have a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience, you can contribute to our world-class level of customer satisfaction. We need to talk! This position is the first line of contact to customers nationwide, helping people reunite with their missing pet. We answer 24/7, 365 days a year.
What You'll Do:
ā¢ Reassure the caller who may be panicked about their missing fur-baby.
ā¢ Serve as Avantive Solutions' frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet-parents.
ā¢ Provide a positive experience for our customers.
ā¢ Be part of a collaborative team and culture that offers advancement opportunities.
ā¢ Adhere to daily schedules to manage inbound calls. (Daily phone calls may increase during peak periods.)
ā¢ Day and evening schedules available - we hire to a specific shift.
ā¢ Next class starts : Wednesday, July 9th

What You'll Bring:
ā¢ Previous call center experience is REQUIRED. (6 months minimum)
ā¢ High School diploma or GED required.
ā¢ Must be at least 18 years old.
ā¢ If remote, a quiet designated work area at home. This role is not a substitute for childcare, elder care, side gigs, etc.
ā¢ Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire.
