General Duties
ā¢ Provide customers with exceptional service via incoming calls, utilizing various systems and platforms.
ā¢ Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls to resolve customer issues, requests, and questions.
ā¢ Establish and maintain customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements
ā¢ Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, location verification and an internet speed test.
ā¢ Track Record of Excellent Attendance
ā¢ Prior customer service experience a plus
ā¢ Strong computer skills and typing proficiency.
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent experience.
ā¢ Reliable Cell Phone for VPN Connection.
