Inbound Contact Representative - DOW SkillBridge Intern and Military Spouse Fellowship
Overview**
The Inbound Contact Representative 1 Intern will play a crucial role in supporting members, projects, and meeting goals impacting business outcomes. As a part of the DOW SkillBridge Internship and Military Spouse Fellowship Programs, you will partner with healthcare professionals, HR, and IT teams to deliver exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities**
⢠Record details of member inquiries, comments, or complaints, transactions, or interactions and take action in accordance with process
⢠Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances
⢠Deliver a consistent customer service experience by providing efficient resolutions to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers
⢠Act as a customer advocate by resolving complex concerns accurately and demonstrating good business decisions aligned with Humana values
⢠Prioritize workload to provide efficient business operation standards
⢠Demonstrate ownership to problem-solve independently
⢠Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
⢠*Qualifications**
⢠Must be a transitioning service member eligible to participate in the DOW SkillBridge or a military spouse eligible to participate in the military spouse fellowship
⢠U.S. Citizenship is required
⢠Successfully receive approval for government security clearance (Via National Background Investigation Services NBIS)
⢠Minimum one (1) year customer service experience in a professional environment
⢠Prior experience managing multiple or competing priorities
⢠Use of multiple computer applications simultaneously
⢠Basic Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
⢠Knowledge navigating multiple systems & platforms with ability to troubleshoot and resolve general technical difficulties in a remote environment
