Remote Bilingual Customer Support Representative (English/Spanish) - Work from Home

Overview: ePoint Solutions LLC is seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Support Representatives to provide remote support for McGraw Hill, a global education and learning company.
In this role, you will assist customers with account registration, login issues, and product access through chat, email, and phone support. Most initial interactions will occur through chat and email, with phone support included as the program progresses.

This is a remote independent contractor opportunity that allows you to work from home while supporting customers using McGraw Hill’s online learning platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers via chat, email, and phone with account registration and login issues
• Guide users step-by-step through account setup and course access
• Troubleshoot platform issues such as access errors, course code problems, and profile settings
• Provide accurate and friendly support using client knowledge resources
• Research and resolve technical and account-related concerns
• Document interactions clearly with notes and follow-up actions
• Maintain professionalism and quality customer service standards

Experience:
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment
• Ability to follow processes and learn new software systems

Compensation:
• Certification Pay: $7.64 per hour during training
• Production Pay: $17.00 per hour once certified

Certification typically lasts about 15 days and includes 6 hours of instructor-led training per day, along with guided practice handling chat, email, and phone interactions.

After certification, agents move into production servicing and can begin earning the full hourly service rate.

Service hours available:
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 11:59 PM ET
• Monday – Thursday: 24 hours available
• Friday: 12:00 AM – 9:00 PM ET
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET

Most service intervals are available Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM ET.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
