Inbound Call Center Representative
Call Center Agent: This position is for a Call Center Agent to work with our internal technicians doing on-site I.T. installations. You will interact with the Technicians, collect data into our internal system and act as a liaison between our technicians and our Customers Support Desk. This is a contract position that will continue through 2026. This will be overnight support as we will perform our installations overnight. This position is fully remote and will require on-site high-speed internet and we will provide a VOIP phone to enable inbound and outbound calls. In addition, you will need a PC for a short time to provide access to our web-based data entry system. Long term we will provide a laptop for access.
