In-House Therapist
Overview:
Corporate Tools is looking to add an In-House Therapist as part of our commitment to our employees overall well-being in the following areas: Austin, TX; Post Falls, ID; St. Petersburg, FL; Spokane, WA. As a compassionate and empathetic therapist, you'll provide a supportive and nurturing environment where employees feel safe to express themselves, seek guidance, and develop coping strategies for life's ups and downs. You are someone who truly cares about the well-being of the individual. You are not here to report back to the company about how people are doing, just help people!
This job is coded as "Hybrid" which means the candidate selected for this role must be okay with coming into the office from time to time. If hired, you would visit our Post Falls, ID office for a week of training and getting to know the team.
Wage:
$100,000/year
Benefits:
• 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision for employees
• Annual review with raise option
• 22 days Paid Time Off accrued annually, and 4 holidays
• After 3 years, PTO increases to 29 days. Employees transition to flexible time off after 5 years with the company-not accrued, not capped, take time off when you want
• The 4 holidays are: New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day

Responsibilities:
• Be a good human
• Provide counseling services to our employees
• Be a fierce protector of individual privacy
• Provide feedback to the business about what we can do better, or what we need to keep doing
• Support our team as a caring individual
• Crisis intervention when times arise
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and educational workshops to foster a sense of community and support among employees
• Establishes positive, trusting rapport with employees
• Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy
Requirements:
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, related field or a Bachelor's with equivalent experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Current with all state licensing requirements, including LPCC, LICSW and LMFT
• Current licensing in Texas
• Willingness to get licensed in Idaho, Washington, and additional states as needed
• Preferred experience leading group therapy sessions
• Preferred experience as an in-house therapist for a small / medium sized business
