Position Overview: We are on the lookout for an articulate, engaging native English-speaking tutor from a Western background to provide beginner to intermediate spoken English lessons to my delightful 5.5-year-old son. The ideal candidate will boast clear enunciation, professional demeanor, and extensive experience in coaching Chinese children in English conversation. We seek a tutor who can... create a fun learning environment and start with the basics of everyday communication. Job Requirements: Must be a native English speaker from a Western country. Excellent clarity of speech and professional, authentic expression. Proven experience in teaching English conversation to Chinese children. Patience and skill in guiding a shy and introverted young learner. Ability to design lessons that are suitable for a child’s cognitive abilities. Ready to start from scratch, focusing on simple everyday communication. Schedule and Compensation: Two sessions per week, each lasting one hour. Successful candidates during the trial period may be offered a long-term contract.
