Referral & Scheduling Coordinator – Telehealth

Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Remote

Starting Pay: $15.00/hr. (higher depending on education and experience)

We’re looking for a Referral and Scheduling Coordinator to support our Telehealth Clinic and Outpatient programs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meaningful work, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
• Be the friendly first point of contact for individuals, helping them schedule appointments and access telehealth services.
• Explain telemedicine services to individuals served, referral partners, medical offices, schools, and community agencies.
• Help individuals successfully connect to their telehealth appointments (tech support stars welcome!)
• Process and manage referrals, schedules, eligibility, consents, and documentation in our electronic health record.
• Coordinate care-related tasks such as lab requests, medical records, and required forms.
• Ensure provider schedules are accurate, complete, and aligned with scheduling guidelines.
• Support daily administrative workflows including faxes, emails, eligibility checks, and payment processing.

What You’ll Need
• High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical, clinical, or fast-paced office setting
• A designated home workspace with reliable internet
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort using technology, portals, scheduling systems, and EHRs
• Bilingual skills are a plus!

Salary Description

$15.00 per hour; $31,200 annualized
