Implementations Specialist

Job Summary:

The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for successfully onboarding new educational institutions to the ConexED platform. This role involves working closely with college and university leadership to customize the platform according to the specific needs of their students, ensuring seamless integration and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation process for new educational partners, guiding them through setup and customization of the ConexED platform.
• Collaborate with college and university stakeholders to assess needs, provide solutions, and deliver customized configurations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Operations, Support, and Onboarding, to deliver comprehensive training and support to new partners.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for onboarding and platform use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any implementation challenges, escalating issues as necessary to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure the timely completion of each implementation project, adhering to best practices and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide ongoing support post-implementation.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience implementing education technology solutions, preferably within higher education settings.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver training and presentations to varied audiences.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in customer support and retention is a plus.
