With $12M in funding, strong product-market fit, and high customer satisfaction, the company is scaling rapidly and investing in customer onboarding as a key growth driver. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to onboard and support SMB customers during their first 90–100 days. This role focuses on driving adoption, engagement, and long-term retention—similar to an SMB-focused Customer Success Manager.
