Join us and thrive in a supportive, success-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Guide clients through the implementation process of Impartner PRM solutionsConfigure and customize PRM platforms according to client requirementsConduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and business processesCreate and maintain project timelines and implementation schedulesProvide technical guidance and best practices to clientsDocument client requirements and configuration specificationsCollaborate with internal teams including support, development, and salesDeliver platform training to client teamsTroubleshoot technical issues during implementationEnsure successful client onboarding and platform adoptionRequirements:2-4 years of experience in software implementation, customer success, or related fieldStrong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quicklyExcellent project management and organizational skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication abilitiesExperience working directly with clients in a technical capacityProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple implementations simultaneouslyProficiency with MS Office Suite and project management toolsEnglish level: B2 AdvancedPower Skills:Clear verbal communicationWritten communicationActive listeningPresentation skillsTime managementPrioritizationOrganizationAttention to detailMultitaskingRelationship buildingCustomer service orientation
