Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for executing high-quality client projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction while collaborating across departments to improve processes and best practices. Responsibilities Manage cross-functional activities that support low/mid-level scale implementations; deliver programs accurately, and within agreed-upon timelines Serve as single point of contact for all change orders, escalations on existing client program base Execute effective implementation methodology and customize project plans based on internal processes, configuration requirements, and client needs Coordinate project deliverables among internal teams ensuring adherence to defined service level agreements Maintain accurate project status to achieve deliverables and keep task owners apprised on next steps Escalate barriers to project success, partnering closely with Client Support and Leadership to action and resolve issues quickly Configure and test internal systems to verify all program requirements have been fulfilled Adhere to all Risk and Compliance policies and procedures Skills Bachelor's degree 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing onboarding role using proven implementation or project management methodologies Excellent business writing and communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred experience in implementing and managing projects across multiple platforms Familiarity with the payment industry ecosystem preferred but not required Benefits Medical Dental Vision Wellness 401(k) matching Unlimited PTO Work from anywhere Generous parental leave And more!
