Position Description:
The Implementation Project Coordinator supports the implementation process by assisting with project administration, communication, and coordination. This role ensures tasks are completed on time and provides operational support to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation experience.
The Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining organization and ensuring smaller or routine projects are executed successfully. This is a developmental role designed to build skills in project planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration over time.

What Weโre Looking For:
ยท 2โ5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role
ยท Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
ยท Basic understanding of project management principles
ยท Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
ยท Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ยท Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
ยท Ability to work in a team environment
ยท Familiarity with APIs, data integration, or technical implementations (preferred)
ยท PMP or similar certification (preferred)

ยท Support project kickoffs and stakeholder alignment
ยท Manage project tasks and timelines
ยท Maintain project documentation
ยท Act as a point of contact for clients
ยท Facilitate meetings and document outcomes
ยท Maintain tracking systems (Cloud Coach, Salesforce, JIRA, Zendesk)
ยท Ensure adherence to implementation processes
ยท Support additional projects as assigned
AI Integration:
Leverage AI tools to streamline project coordination, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance stakeholder communication through automation and data insights.
