Job Purpose:
The Implementation Consultant - Community with CINC is responsible for successfully supporting clients during implementation by helping define application configurations, workflow, and integration with existing systems. Specifically, this role will assist in the implementation of the Community components of CINC's enterprise suite, such as WebAxis, CINC Connect, and any other board/homeowner-facing tools such as eVoting and other lifestyle/premium offerings. The Implementation Consultant will work closely with the Project Manager to manage project milestones and drive product delivery. Responsibilities include performing current state assessments and assisting clients to implement best practice solutions and workflow during all aspects of the CINC product implementation as assigned. This individual will be part of multiple disciplinary teams in the delivery of client contractual obligations and is responsible for the successful and timely completion of projects resulting in client sign-off and project acceptance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assess current-state business processes and suggest best-practice solutions using CINC's technology
• Partner with clients to design, document, and deploy application configurations and specifications
• Translate business requirements into functional configuration in the CINC platform
• Ensure proper deployment of solutions through testing
• Problem-solve and perform analysis of errors based on end-user or quality testing
• Act as a subject matter expert in application, implementation configuration, and deployment
• Provide basic level training to clients on product functionality
• Understand product data requirements and their relation to product features and functionality
• Remain current on release updates and product knowledge for assigned products
• Maintain thoughtful and thorough use of Project Management tools (Project Management system, SharePoint folders, etc.) for time tracking, progress tracking, and data/document storage
• Maintain implementation documentation repository as needed
• Maintain a high level of commitment to superior client satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the client relationship
Minimum Requirements & Competencies:
• 4+ years of experience implementing software for external clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as detail-oriented
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output
• Ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently without supervision
• Knowledge of all MS Office Products
• Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams
• Experience with CINC's solutions, or competitor solutions, desired
• Associate or Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications
• Previous experience in Community operations strongly desired
• Prior experience with direct client/external-facing engagements
