As we continue to define and shape an emerging market, we are excited to connect with individuals who are energized by innovation and inspired to contribute to something truly transformative.ResponsibilitiesScope out projects and provide effort estimations and timelines in conjunction with sales and customer success managers.Participate in Discovery calls with customers and cross-functional teamPartners with CSMs to ensure successful delivery by leading technical project activities, including solution architecture designServes as architect on moderate to complex projects requiring integration with multiple productsPerforms complex configuration, and troubleshooting of Netomi’s solution(s)Ensure Project/Process Documentation on the centralized repositoryParticipates in reviews(as and when required) with the customers and guides best practicesCollaborate with different teams for effective troubleshooting of customer issues during deployment post deployment Leads business discussions regarding Netomi’s value proposition at different levels of customer organizationStrong in data analytics and providing insights to the customerFocus on driving efficiency in project delivery through initiativesAnalyse the customer health and create a plan to improve and Optimize the performance of AI AgentRequirementsOverall Experience 5-6 Years experience in Project Management preferably from a consulting organisationShould have spent at least 2 years for a SaaS-based organisation conceptualising and deploying the solutionArticulate and possesses proficiency in client/stakeholder managementStrong communication skills both written and verbalAbility to deliver under stressful conditionsExperience in implementation of SaaS products is a mustUnderstand basics of SQL and relational databasesStrong tool experience with JSON, Datadog, Postman, API IntegrationsBasic or moderate understanding of NLPDisclaimer: For all United States-based applicants, please note that Netomi participates in E-Verify for work authorization.
