Implementation Associate

As an Implementation Associate, you will support the onboarding of new clients, coordinating kickoff calls and assisting with project setups while learning the implementation lifecycle. Responsibilities Preparing and executing kickoff calls: Coordinate sales handover. Schedule, prepare for, and execute kickoff calls with new SMB clients. You'll be the one keeping things organized and ensuring clients feel confident from day one Track decisions and configurations: Keep a clear record of client decisions, configuration choices, and open items so nothing falls through the cracks Support launch day: Be hands-on and ready for feedback on go-live day, help the team monitor activity, resolve issues in real time, and ensure a smooth experience for clients and their employees Assist with configuration: Learn the various Stream configurations and help set up the Stream platform for new clients, working closely with Implementation Managers Support the team: Wherever the team needs help - whether that's pulling together project status updates, coordinating with internal teams, or jumping on a client call - you're ready to contribute Skills A recent graduate ready to get to work: You've recently finished your degree (or are about to) and you're eager to get started Genuinely curious about FinTech: You're interested in how financial tools can make a real difference in people's lives A can-do attitude: No task is too small.
