What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer business processes and define comprehensive requirements for workflow and data structure
- Own the configuration, implementation, and modeling of customer processes within the Transportation Management System (TMS) software modules
- Provide expert consulting and training during critical phases like data conversion and go-live cutover
- Lead problem identification and issue mediation to ensure project success
- Maintain clear communication with Trimble project managers and customer stakeholders regarding project delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3-5 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise application software for external clients
- Proven ability to translate complex business issues into actionable systems and operational solutions
- Strong foundation in technical database concepts, particularly in Operations, Customer Service, Accounting, or Financial areas
- Exceptional leadership, consensus-building, and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of enterprise-wide software specifically within the transportation industry
- Previous experience utilizing or implementing TruckMate systems
- Professional experience in Operations or Administration within the transportation sector
- Experience or certification in Project Management
