Implementation Analyst
Maybern is transforming the way private fund managers effectively manage their funds through cutting edge technology. The Implementation Analyst will be part of the Implementation Team, working closely with clients to implement software solutions and ensure their success in utilizing the product. Responsibilities Build: You will build relationships with our clients, plan onboarding and roll-out processes for new fund managers, and evaluate product enhancements Plan: Analyze key requirements for clients to help Product Managers prioritize the product roadmap Deliver: You will deliver on key milestones throughout the entire life of the project while managing the relationship with our clients. You will also help to train our clients on our complex fund software, and support them as they adopt our product Skills Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline Have 1-3 years of experience in a technical client-facing role (e.g., technical onboarding, solution consulting, implementation) Are proficient in Python, experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus Have strong project management skills Have a heightened attention to detail that can be applied to the translation of a variety of private fund structures and calculations into a flexible software solution Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable interacting with clients Benefits Comprehensive healthcare benefits Maybern covers 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums HSA & FSA plans Paid parental leave Flexible PTO / sick leave WFH as needed to fit your needs 401k Company Overview Maybern is a fintech company that focuses on transforming fund operations for private capital markets.
