Responsibilities
ā¢ Assisting our attorneys in preparing employment based non-immigrant and/or immigrant visa petitions
ā¢ Other case types may include PERM, naturalization, and family-based cases
Skills
ā¢ 1 ā 4 years of business immigration experience
ā¢ BS/BA degree
ā¢ Clear written and oral communication
ā¢ Strong aptitude for persuasive writing
ā¢ Focus on attention to detail
ā¢ Efficient time management
ā¢ Organized
ā¢ Able to prioritize and multi-task
ā¢ Excellent English communication and client service skills
ā¢ Experience in MS Suite
ā¢ Enjoy working in a team environment
ā¢ California based
