Immigration Attorney Specializing in Removal Defense
About the position We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Immigration Attorney specializing in Removal Defense to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Removal Defense and a good track record of successfully representing clients in court. The Attorney will need to have a strong passion for immigration law and a commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to clients facing removal proceedings. Responsibilities • Providing legal representation to clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court • Preparing and submitting legal documents, motions, and briefs • Conducting legal research and analysis • Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies • Attending court hearings and proceedings • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on immigration issues Requirements • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Admission to the CA bar and in good standing • Minimum of 1 year of experience in removal defense • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in legal drafting and documentation • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required Benefits • Salary starts at $70,000 and is commensurate with experience • Hybrid remote work options Apply tot his job
