Immigration Attorney (Entry level position)

If you just took or passed the Bar exam and are passionate about immigration law, this is your opportunity. Union Law Group is looking for a driven, Spanish-speaking attorney to join our team and represent immigrants with courage, empathy, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:
• Represent clients in court and administrative hearings (EOIR, BIA, AAO, Federal Court, USCIS).
• Manage cases from start to finish: asylum, VAWA, U visas, removal defense, family petitions, waivers, naturalization, employment visas, consular processing, and more.
• Draft motions, pleadings, appeals (I-290B), and responses to RFE/NOID.
• Participate in firm marketing, business development, and community presentations.

What We’re Looking For:
• Passed the Bar (California Bar preferred) or 2+ years of immigration law experience.
• Spanish fluency (required).
• Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel (court, USCIS, conferences).
• Passion for immigrant rights and social justice.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – ready to grow with us.
• Is a plus if you have experience with Business Immigration Law - (TN, E-1, E-2, L, O, H1B, EB2 NIW, etc)
