Immigration Attorney - Bilingual

An established immigration law firm based in New Jersey with a national presence is seeking highly motivated attorneys to join our team. We are hiring bilingual (Spanish/English) attorneys passionate about immigration litigation.
Responsibilities include:
⢠Representing clients in immigration proceedings (EOIR and USCIS).
⢠Work with a diverse support team for case processing.
⢠Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service.
⢠Keep a professional and progressive approach to the practice of an ever-changing area of law.
⢠Handle client meetings and court appearances Online and in person.
⢠Research cases by interviewing respondents, reading narratives, reviewing evidence, and gathering expert opinions.
⢠Attend all hearings on behalf of clients and advise clients about the results and possible strategies following each hearing.
⢠Write briefs supporting applications, appeals, and motions at both the trial and appellate levels.
⢠Prepare Motions to Reopen, Motions to Continue, and Motions to Change Venue.
Qualifications:
⢠Required:
⢠Bilingual fluency in Spanish (additional languages a plus).
⢠Admission to a state bar and EOIR registration. (Graduates awaiting Bar results welcomed).
⢠Exceptional writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
⢠Ability to manage team members professionally, independently, and proactively.
⢠Respectful and considerate with our clientele.
⢠Preferred:
⢠1+ years of immigration law experience (preferred).
⢠Availability to travel
⢠Experience with Family Court Predicate Orders
⢠Located in these cities: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Charlotte, Chicago, DC-DMV, New York and Boston
