Immigration Attorney - Bilingual

An established immigration law firm based in New Jersey with a national presence is seeking highly motivated attorneys to join our team. We are hiring bilingual (Spanish/English) attorneys passionate about immigration litigation.
Responsibilities include:
ā¢ Representing clients in immigration proceedings (EOIR and USCIS).
ā¢ Work with a diverse support team for case processing.
ā¢ Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service.
ā¢ Keep a professional and progressive approach to the practice of an ever-changing area of law.
ā¢ Handle client meetings and court appearances Online and in person.
ā¢ Research cases by interviewing respondents, reading narratives, reviewing evidence, and gathering expert opinions.
ā¢ Attend all hearings on behalf of clients and advise clients about the results and possible strategies following each hearing.
ā¢ Write briefs supporting applications, appeals, and motions at both the trial and appellate levels.
ā¢ Prepare Motions to Reopen, Motions to Continue, and Motions to Change Venue.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Required:
ā¢ Bilingual fluency in Spanish (additional languages a plus).
ā¢ Admission to a state bar and EOIR registration. (Graduates awaiting Bar results welcomed).
ā¢ Exceptional writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
ā¢ Ability to manage team members professionally, independently, and proactively.
ā¢ Respectful and considerate with our clientele.
ā¢ Preferred:
ā¢ 1+ years of immigration law experience (preferred).
ā¢ Availability to travel
ā¢ Experience with Family Court Predicate Orders
ā¢ Located in these cities: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Denver, Charlotte, Chicago, DC-DMV, New York and Boston
