Key Responsibilities
Review affirmative and defensive case filings, provide detailed feedback, and approve them for submission.
Offer legal guidance and strategic direction to paralegals on casework.
Draft legal arguments for filings as required.
Represent immigrants in court hearings and USCIS interviews.
Train and mentor paralegals, junior paralegals, and assistants to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.
Provide support to other departments as needed when attorneys are unavailable.

Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active bar license.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proven experience in a law firm or similar environment, with a focus on case review and legal strategy.
Comfortable working on a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in immigration law is essential.
While not required, speaking Spanish is a bonus.
