At RCS, we are looking for ABA Behavior Technicians to join our team and do just that. We have been providing the highest quality of ABA services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities throughout Massachusetts for over 25 years.

Comprehensive training program that prepares you to sit for the RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification exam
Oversight and support from several experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Your responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Technician:
Work 1:1 with children in a variety of settings, such as center based or home based Implementing acquisition and behavior programs
Data collection
Graphing
Working collaboratively with other specialists (OT, SLP) and families
Locations that we service clients can include: Suffolk, Middlesex, Norfolk and Essex Counties

Qualifications:
Enjoy working with children Have an interest in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, human services, or a related field
Preferably have or be working towards a Bachelor's degree
Able to work afternoon and evening hours
Reliable transportation
Candidates with an Associate's Degree and experience may be considered
Experience working as a babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor, or coach
Able to submit a transcript
