Job Title: Data Solution Architect Position
Duration: 12 Months Contract Possibility of Extension
Location: REMOTE
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture:
Ā Design end-to-end enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Data verse.
Ā Architect robust and scalable Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions to support advanced analytics and business intelligence needs.
Ā Create integration designs that connect Power Platform components with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and other business applications.
Ā Ensure adherence to best practices for scalability, performance, and security.
Data Management:
Ā Lead the design and development of data models, ETL pipelines, and data governance strategies for enterprise-wide data warehouses.
Ā Optimize data storage, retrieval, and transformation processes to meet analytical and operational requirements.
Ā Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
Team Leadership:
Ā Guide cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and business analysts, throughout the project lifecycle.
Ā Provide mentorship and training to internal teams on leveraging Power Platform and EDW best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Ā Work closely with business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ā Create detailed documentation, including architecture diagrams, user stories, and technical specifications.
Ā Present architectural recommendations to leadership and gain buy-in for proposed solutions.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Ā Stay updated on the latest developments in the Microsoft Power Platform and data warehousing technologies.
Ā Proactively identify opportunities to enhance business processes using emerging tools and techniques.
Required Qualifications:
Ā Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master s preferred).
Ā 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 years working on Microsoft Power Platform.
Ā Expertise in designing and implementing Enterprise Data Warehouses, including tools like Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL Server, or Snowflake.
Ā Proficient in creating data pipelines using tools like Azure Data Factory or SSIS.
Ā Strong knowledge of data modelling, data governance, and ETL processes.
Ā Proven experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform with enterprise applications via APIs and connectors.
Ā Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Data Lake, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
Preferred Skills
Ā Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure Architecture.
Ā Familiarity with other visualization tools like Tableau or Qlik (optional).
Ā Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
Ā Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
