Accurately enter and update data into company database
Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Maintain a high level of productivity while maintaining data accuracy
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
At least 2 years of experience in data entry or related field
Strong attention to detail and meticulous accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Previous experience working with databases and data systems preferred
