Responsibilities:
Accurately input and manage a large volume of data into various systems and databases
Verify the accuracy of data entries and make necessary corrections
Maintain data entry logs and keep track of completed tasks
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
Ensure confidentiality and security of all data entered
Continuously improve data entry processes and procedures
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent education
Previous experience in data entry or other related administrative roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be based in the Chicago, Illinois area
Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet work space
