Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provides a variety of multi-skilled direct patient care procedures, assistance and comfort measures under the direction and supervision of a registered healthcare professional. Responsibilities * Performs and assists client with activities of daily living. Collects various clinical data on clients, such as vital signs, temperature, and respiration. Assists client and caregiver in using medical equipment. Notifies professional nurse or nurse supervisor of deviations which could be found detrimental to the health and safety of the client. Appropriately reports changes and documents pertinent information and care rendered to patients to ensure continuity of care.
