The Sr. Product Manager at Verizon is responsible for managing and enhancing products and services within the Virtual Network Services (VNS) portfolio. This role focuses on driving innovation and direction for the product portfolio, overseeing the development of SD-WAN, SASE, and related advanced network solutions. The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and concept development to product launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring that products meet enterprise customer needs and market demands.
Responsibilities
 Define product strategy and develop product roadmap for the VNS portfolio.

 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs.

 Collaborate with marketing, sales, pricing, and operations teams to execute go-to-market plans.
,
 Define, articulate, track, and report product metrics to relevant stakeholders.
,
 Understand next-generation network and security needs and translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
,
 Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch management.
,
 Utilize Agile frameworks to ensure iterative progress on product features.
,
 Increase customer acquisition and retention rates for SD-WAN, SASE, and other offerings.
,
 Define performance service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure product performance meets standards.
,
 Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
Requirements
 Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
,
 Six or more years of relevant work experience.
,
 Product Management experience in Virtual Network Services (VNS), Software Defined Networking (SDN), or telecommunications products.
,
 Experience with product development and/or management life cycle.
,
 Experience with project management and/or product roadmaps.
,
 Technical and commercial understanding of the network business.
,
 Deep data and analytic orientation for evidence-based decision making.
Nice-to-haves
 Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent field.

 Experience in leading cross-functional teams and motivating them.

 Understanding of Verizon's domestic and global product offerings.

 Experience prioritizing and executing multiple projects.
