**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support / Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support and resolution to our clients' products and services via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide top-notch customer support and resolution to clients' products and services via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet
* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our clients' products and services
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed support

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a call center or customer support environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Familiarity with technical support software and tools
* Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA A+)
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
