About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns via phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for preventing issues, solving problems, and delighting our customers with your unique personality and expertise.


Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Use a variety of tools and resources to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer queries
Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information and solutions
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and adapting to changing situations
Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience


Key Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following basic qualifications:


Be at least 18 years old
Have the right to work in the Netherlands
Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
Experience working with a computer and navigating various software applications
Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
A minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

As a Customer Service Associate at Amazon, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of €15.50, plus a relocation allowance of up to €800 (for overseas applicants only).
