 Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and respect.
 Verify information provided by third-party sources by utilizing online databases for accurate cross-verification.
 Review and fulfill enrichment tasks as outlined by the client during training sessions.
 Conduct data entry, verify vendor resources, check board certifications, and follow up with various state boards for updates.
 Ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality execution of all tasks.
 Be receptive to additional responsibilities as needed.
Required Skills
 Willingness to participate in both voice and non-voice processes.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to adapt and manage changes in processes and information effectively.
 Capacity to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
 Proficiency in computer usage and technology is advantageous.
Qualifications
 Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or comparable customer service roles is preferred.
 Availability to commit to 40 hours per week, with the ability to start immediately.
 Must possess a reliable work-from-home setup, including a stable internet connection.
