 Maintain open communication with the Educational Team regarding student needs.
 Cultivate a positive and dynamic learning atmosphere.
 Exhibit enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to student success.
Required Skills
 Strong ability to connect with students.
 Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
 For Reading/English Tutors: An Education/Teaching degree or current students pursuing an Education degree with classroom observation or student teaching experience.
 For Math Tutors: Proficiency in mathematics up to Algebra 2 (Education degree not required).
 For Test Prep Tutors (ACT/SAT): A commendable ACT/SAT score (30/1400 preferred) without the necessity of an Education degree.
 Preferred: Minimum of one year teaching or tutoring experience.
