 Work closely with other departments to provide seamless service and resolve any client issues
 Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with the team to improve service levels
 Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
 Contribute to customer service strategy and process improvements
Qualifications:
 A degree or relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or a related field
 Proven track record in a customer service role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
 A problem-solver with a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
 Proficiency in customer service software, databases, and tools
 Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of clients and the business
