By partnering with reputable market research companies, we're able to identify and target specific consumer profiles, ensuring that our clients receive the most accurate and representative feedback possible.
**The Role**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Product Support, you'll play a vital role in our product testing and development process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
* Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
* Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
* Participating in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
* Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit
* Ability to follow specific instructions and work independently
* Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
* Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
* Honesty and reliability
* Good communication skills (an asset)
* Be at least 18 years old
