What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Read and accurately input data from customer and shipping orders, deciphering difficult handwriting as needed
 Key data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the system
 Verify the accuracy of entered data and report any errors or anomalies to your supervisor
 Maintain accurate logs of ongoing work and perform administrative duties such as filing and copying
 Spend approximately five hours daily on data entry and three hours on administrative tasks
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
 Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
 Excellent organizational abilities and good communication skills
 Patience and attention to detail for repetitive work
 Ability to keep accurate and updated logs of ongoing work
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Reading knowledge of English and Spanish (as about 5 to 10 percent of orders are in Spanish)
 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing
 Social perceptiveness and service orientation
