Position Overview

In addition, you will execute various administrative tasks to bolster the functionality of USPS services and aid individuals in acquiring postage stamps and miscellaneous mailing provisions for their mailing obligations.
Key Responsibilities
* Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute letters, packages, and documents according to federal regulations and guidelines
* Mailing Support: Provide top-tier assistance by aiding customers with their mailing needs and efficiently resolving any problems they may experience
* Execute various administrative tasks to bolster the functionality of USPS services
* Aid individuals in acquiring postage stamps and miscellaneous mailing provisions for their mailing obligations
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some positions may require higher education qualifications, such as a college degree, for eligibility for promotion into managerial roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
