The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to customers via live chat. The successful candidate will be able to quickly assess customer needs and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
In addition to providing customer support, the Live Chat Support Agent will also be responsible for:
 Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
 Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
 Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
 Ensuring that customers are satisfied with the support they receive
Qualifications for this position include:
 At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Strong problem-solving skills
 Proficiency in using a variety of computer applications
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends
