Job Title: AIX/Linux Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months (Possibilities of Extension) Note: No C2C or Third Party Vendor JD: • Broad understanding of AIX administration and governance. • Handling client escalations for AIX/Linux infrastructure scope. • Full life cycle management of AIX/Linux Systems Infrastructure. • Drive diagnosing and resolving complex system issues and outages. • Providing expert-level support and guidance on high availability. • Ensure stability and availability of the AIX infrastructure. • Drive implementing AIX/Linux security practices and compliance requirements. • Create and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks on infrastructure. • ensuring Linux servers are secured and compliant with security policies & patches. • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address any issues that may arise. • Establishing and upholding best practices for managing systems across diverse environments. • Responsible for driving automations, service improvement initiatives and disaster recovery exercises.
