About the Role We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Telehealth Professional to join our remote team in Texas. As a Telehealth RN, you'll work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide a meaningful patient experience, using your critical thinking skills to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive plans of care for multiple disease state patients. You'll have the opportunity to impact lives across the country, working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Provide patient education and support for new medication, using your expertise to develop and implement comprehensive plans of care. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for defined patient populations. Use your critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and develop effective solutions. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals, using your excellent written and verbal customer service skills. Interact with patients using state-of-the-art telecommunications nursing outreach programs. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Registered Nurse with an unrestricted current compact license in Texas and the ability to be licensed in multiple states. 3+ years of clinical RN experience. Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Previous Telephonic Nursing experience. EPIC systems experience. Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Licensure in multiple states. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
